Résumé

T This article analyzes the interaction carried out by the Turkish government with the various Libyan actors that have proliferated in the country since the anti-authoritarian uprisings of 2011, attending to the repertoires deployed by Turkey throughout the decade 2011-2021. To this end, three contentious episodes are analyzed, corresponding to the outbreak of civil war in 2011, in 2014-2015, and the resumption of fighting during the 2019-2020 period. The article identifies an intensification of Turkey's role in the Libyan conflict, oscillating between practices of collaboration and rivalry in a "zero-sum game" between Libyan actors engaged in a process of civil war.
