Résumé

Research about recent Prehistory in the Duero Basin (Spain) has significantly increased in the last decades. However, most of those works are partial or incomplete, as they do not take into account the whole society, but only certain groups. Recent research has underlined the importance of studying infant individuals to understand past societies. This chapter shows the different possibilities offered by the analyses of non-adult individuals in the funerary record and some examples of the main researches about them carried out in the Duero Basin.
