Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to presents by some unpublished documents the causes by wich the art works stored in a garage owned by José Weissberger end up being seized and deposited in the National Museum of Decorative Arts. We also identify by is inventory number the art works of this place that will end up in the permanent collection of the Museum. Furthermore we describe and illustrate with some photographs a few of all those works that José Weissberger finally withdrew from the institution and are now a days in an unknown location for us.
