Abstract
Ten years ago, in February 2013, the publishing house LA LEY began the third stage of its monthly rendezvous with readers since 1985 with a new publication LA LEY Unión Europea, which has now well exceeded 100 issues. An anniversary such as this one invites us to evaluate what has happened in this period, which has been reflected in the supplement, and to point out the challenges facing the European Union in 2023.
