Résumé
The following article concerns the IT Medical Organisation’s OMI-AP program for Primary Care, and focuses on its nursing work applications. The introduction of nursing methodology work in Area 10 of Madrid was carried out with the characteristics of this programme in mind. The base for this work is provided by the Diagnostics Catalogue and the Care plan Manual developed by the nurses and management of the Area. A protocol was developed according to the situation (reason for consultation or user problem). It consists of three files which consist of the examination, diagnostic and treatment plan phases. The different aspects of the process appear as fillers and pull-down windows.
