Abstract
Transnational collective bargaining is the primary method of halting the progressive precariousness of employment in developed countries and the absence of decent work in developing countries. However, the task is not easy when there is a lack of a supranational set of norms, having only the regulation of each Member State, States that regulate but are themselves regulated.
