Résumé
This Study offers an integrated vision of the whole of the European regulation of digitization in the form of the Digital European System (EDS) on the basis of the European Declaration of January 23, 2023 on Digital Rights and Principles for the Digital Decade. Specifically, it exposes the instrumental (equivalence and cost/benefit analysis) and substantial (inclusivity and sustainability) operating principles of the SED. It also analyzes the sectoral applications of the SED in artificial intelligence and in digital markets and services.
