Evaluación de la gravedad del abuso de drogas en ChemSexpropuesta de un protocolo biosanitario sistemático para contextos clínicos y forenses

Resumen

La adicción puede ser una lucha agonizante, cuyo sufrimiento se agrava ante la dificultad de acceder a una atención basada en el rigor científico. En este contexto, los nuevos patrones y sustancias de consumo adquieren especial relevancia, entre ellos, el ChemSex, que implica un uso sexualizado de drogas idiosincrásico. Este artículo propone un formato sistematizado de evaluación de la gravedad de las prácticas de ChemSex dirigido a contextos biosanitarios clínicos y forenses. Se ha realizado una búsqueda exhaustiva de la literatura especializada que ha permitido 1) dar justificación epidemiológica y sociodemográfica y 2) elaborar un modelo teórico del daño. Los resultados definieron un modelo teórico tetrafactorial (médico, toxicofílico, psicopatológico y forense) con una red nomológica de 17 subdimensiones indicativas de daño con fundamentación estadística. El modelo integral planteado articula el protocolo y es transversal a los riesgos específicos en sendos factores, lo que facilita unos criterios sistemáticos para valorar la gravedad del consumo en ChemSex.
