The following thesis report focuses on the capacitive evaluation of additive manufacturing technology to produce microreactors with potential application in chemical engineering. Through a company-university collaboration in which the PhD student has been able to carry out an industrial thesis, all the advances made to date have been explored, in order to subsequently replicate what has been produced up to now using conventional manufacturing techniques. With the production of regular foam or POCS microreactors obtained by additive manufacturing, a controlled miniaturisation of the process is offered, as well as an exhaustive control of the geometry of the system, points that offer a great advantage to achieve maximum efficiency.
