Résumé
The regulation of communicative freedoms in Internet knows two different strategies. Most authors state that projection of the classic guarantees is needed, mainly the existence of an exclusive judicial power to order the confiscation of publications. But international systems are increasingly inclined to allow administrative intervention in this area. This paper analyzes the eventual admissibility of Public Administrations confiscating certain web pages according to the doctrine of hate speech.
