Abstract

This Thesis, on Intangible Properties in the Digital Environment and Competition Law, is a research study, carried out from my professional concerns as a Lawyer, having faced issues, both intellectual property and industrial property -substantially patents- in the digital environment, which have always ended up involving other issues, in the field of Competition Law.The Thesis starts from the deformation of copyright, in the globalized world, to the point of turning it into a Law of large corporations, especially in the technological society, where important mechanisms of global dependence play, from geostrategic issues, which have traditionally served the interests of the US and now also of China, and its large techno-capitalist business conglomerates, such as the FAANG and the BAT...
