Zusammenfassung

The different forms of societies' organization set a rhythm according to their ethical frameworks, their structures and their social dynamics. The processes of constitution, maintenance and transformation of the structures of each era polish off how societies evolve over time and the speed at which they do it. Most of the authors who study modernity from the sociological point of view of time, agree that technological developments and innovations have been the origin of a certain transformation of human life (Kern, 1983; Adam, 1990; Harvey, 1994; Ramos Torre, 1995; Levine, 1997; Wagner, 1997; Beriain, 2008; Rosa, 2013; Wajcman, 2015).The sociology of time is closely linked to the understanding of modern and contemporary life. Starting from a multi-method design that incorporates a transdisciplinary gaze, the meanings of two antithetical types represented by the expressions being-accelerated and being-not-accelerated have been explored, and how the sociotemporal profiles they represent are distributed among the consulted population. The pro-slow arguments are also described from representatives of entities linked to the slow movement. In addition, the narratives of the informants are analyzed and described in order to understand their experiences and sociotemporal experiences. And finally, the experience that the population has had during confinement is investigated...
