Zusammenfassung
This study analyses the concept of an accident at work from the perspective of social security law. Specifically, a review is made of the elements and cases that make up the concept of an accident at work based on the latest rulings of the Supreme Court and the various High Courts of Justice. This study will allow us to understand the versatility, breadth, and importance of the concept of an accident at work.
