Abstract

The city of the future will be a big bazaar of digitallearning. An open, flexible and bursting space withopportunities to learn anytime and anywhere. But exploittheir potential requires know what are the keys whodetermine this process.In this context, this research offers knowledgeabout what will be the uses and habits that may developadolescents and young residents in Spain in the immediateand near future related with the evolution of services anddigital content open.By applying a Delphi method, it has consulted a groupof experts formed by educational researchers, managersor program managers or research centers, educationalauthorities, and directors or executives responsible forinnovative companies of cloud services.The results show the importance of ICT in thedevelopment of digital competence and in the learning tolearn competence. Also, the growing relevance of evolutionof these technologies in the self-learning both formal systemor in everyday life. We conclude also the importance todevelop prosocial feelings and behaviors of participation.
