Abstract
Introduction: the aim of this cephalometric study is to analyse morphologic skeletal and occlusal characteristics in a sample of adult Class III malocclusion. Methods: for this purpose, two groups were selected: the study group of 89 adult skeletal Class III subjects and the control group of 69 adult subjects with excellent occlussion. Different angular and linear parameters were obtained with the lateral cephalograms of these subjects. Results: statistical differences were found between both groups in the maxilla, the mandible and the occlusion.
