Zusammenfassung
This study analyses the evolution of the legal and jurisprudential characterization of the strategic environmental assessment and some of its main problems. It focuses on the most recent case law related to the “studies of detail” and other types of urban planning of minor extent and the parallel reaction of the lawmakers. On this basis the study advocates for a review of its meaning and extent.
