Resumo
This article starts from a factual situation: the crisis of science and legal philosophy. Written by a non-materialist, the claim of the text is to point out the capacity that philosophical materialism has to reconstruct the discipline. The materialist approach, focused on the analysis of legal operations, brings the science of law closer to its specific object. Likewise, the way in which he approaches the legal phenomenon reveals dimensions that the pseudo-philosophical and pseudo-scientific currents had forgotten.
