Resum

The author deals with some conflicts that have taken place in Spain, for years, between the executive, judicial and diplomatic powers (Spain- France and Spain-Morocco). The fight against terrorism has lasted several decades and there have been constant conflicts; 350 unsolved murders are still pending; the conflicts between governments made up of rulers of different political parties and judges have lasted several months; the judges have preferred the opinion of a recently created NGO to health measures based on experts; moreover, they have shown that they lack philosophical training to judge these measures; they have not been able to define, classify, demonstrate or offer models. In the episode of the 1,200 Moroccan children and adolescents who passed from Morocco to Ceuta in August 2021, a substitute social judge preferred to heed the claims of two NGOs and created a serious diplomatic problem. Once again, the judge showed signs of profound philosophical ignorance. The author summarizes the actual conclusions of the conflicts and offers some intentional proposals to undertake research to achieve a history of the conflicts, applying the philosophical system of Gustavo Bueno and the philosophy of Law of Luis Carlos Martín Jiménez. After analyzing conflicts in the effective field, the author includes some intentional proposals to achieve conformity or parallelism between operations and relations.
