Zusammenfassung

This article presents an overview of the history of an inscription, LOD 142. Its publication and analysis have followed different steps from the conventional ones. On the basis of this issue, a brief commentary is offered on the type of answers given by the oracle of Dodona, related to the performance of certain ritual acts, without any kind of ambiguity or possible double reading.
