Airports pose many environmental problems. They are noise generators, at the same time that they can affect protected areas. They can also cause problems for the health and safety of people. The present work aims to give notice of the case law that has fallen in the last decade around the Madrid-Barajas airport where the surrounding cities have suffered a strong impact derived from airport activity
