Zusammenfassung
This study provides an overview of the treatment of private international law in the Revista Española de Derecho Internacional from its origins in 1948 when its main objective was to share research and information of interest, to the present day after becoming a peer-reviewed academic journal that addresses essential issues for internationalist disciplines in the broadest sense, enjoying a high degree of institutional autonomy and intellectual independence. The aim is to highlight the Journal's contributions to international law, offering a reasoned vision of its seventy-five years of existence, with interpretations open to debate.
