While it was already well known that the planet, the world order, was in the midst of a reconfiguration since China's rise to become the second global economic power, the war in Ukraine has shown that geopolitics at its best is back. And this reconfiguration of international relations is taking place from a realist perspective, where nations, and especially powers, are fighting for their interests in an international environment mired in a certain amount of chaos and disorder. In this process of reconfiguration, in which the military tool has once again made its appearance without any kind of complex, a new world war, a new cold war... in short and in any case, a new balance of power can be generated.
