Abstract

he paper configures the first outcome of four, about the analysis of the authors regarding the relationship between Distributed Ledger Technology, blockchain, and antitrust. Thus, this document points out a technical issue that is more economical than juridical and it is also essential to understand the possible implications of the blockchain on markets and on the part of the law that protects them: the one related to the taxonomy of the networking, the ledgers, and the chains of blocks.
