Resumen

Las personas con discapacidad (PcD) han conseguido avances significativos en el reconocimiento de sus derechos, pero persisten estigmas que obstaculizan su plena inclusión. El planteamiento de la Agenda 2030 y el desarrollo legislativo para mejorar la situación laboral de este colectivo ha llevado a las empresas a reflejar una creciente preocupación por este tema en sus informes de sostenibilidad. Sin embargo, estos esfuerzos no se han traducido en un incremento sustancial de la empleabilidad de las PcD. El objetivo de esta investigación es conocer la (des)conexión entre el discurso corporativo de las grandes compañías audiovisuales españolas y la realidad experiencial de las PcD empleadas en este sector. A través de Atlas.ti se ha realizado un análisis temático relacional de dos discursos: el discurso corporativo, difundido en los informes de sostenibilidad de los tres grupos audiovisuales más destacados de España, y el discurso experiencial de tres focus groups constituidos por PcD que tienen un vínculo laboral con el mercado audiovisual. Los resultados revelan que, mientras estas empresas difunden la diversidad y la inclusión desde una perspectiva positiva, los trabajadores con discapacidad mantienen una postura pesimista. Además, las compañías muestran un significativo interés por cuestiones generales como el compromiso con la inclusión o la igualdad social, que abordan en consonancia con su imagen e implican a múltiples diversidades sociales (raza, género, edad y/o capacidades). En cambio, el discurso experiencial de los focus groups recalca una especial preocupación por el papel de los diferentes agentes (empresas, administraciones y asociaciones) en la inclusión laboral de las PcD, así como por las políticas y los recursos necesarios para conseguirla. Estas discrepancias ponen de manifiesto la desconexión entre los planteamientos corporativistas del sector audiovisual y la realidad profesional de las PcD.
