Abstract

The objective of this work is to present the main characteristics of PERTE Agrifood in the current context of the agrifood industry. To do this, we pay special attention to the sustainability block that is included in the first of its three lines of action and we present a compilation of sustainability actions undertaken by four of the large wineries in the wine sector. These practices constitute a reference in individual and collaborative actions for future actions that the entities that participate in the driving projects, which are configured and approved, can start up in the coming years.
