Resumen

La investigación científica revela una estrecha relación entre el ejercicio físico y el funcionamiento cerebral, destacando mejoras atencionales y cognitivas incluso con una sola sesión. La Educación Física emerge como una herramienta crucial para promover la actividad física y optimizar el desarrollo cerebral en la infancia y adolescencia.
