Abstract

The discussion on the legal regulation of the Spanish legal model of collective dismissal is still open, both in terms of legal theory and in terms of legislative policy. The study raises some of the most relevant questions, concerning the concept of collective dismissal, the quantitative-temporary element of dismissal and the emergence of the obligations of information and consultation. The study concludes with some proposals for the future with a corrective nuance to the current labour regulation in Spain.
