Abstract

This paper gathers a series of reflections shared on the I Conference "Other models of social services are possible", organized by the Professional Association of Social Workers of Granada, in February 2023. Its main purpose is to insist on the need to revitalize "the collective" in the current context, recovering some contributions of contemporary Critical Social Work. Likewise, this paper seeks to value the tireless and essential work that the aforementioned  Association has sustained and sustains, in the fight against individualistic, privatizing, patriarchal and neoliberal logics, which permanently threaten to wipe out any guarantee of rights.
