Abstract

Organic Law 1/2023, of 28 February, amending Organic Law 2/2010, of 3 March, on sexual and reproductive health and the voluntary termination of pregnancy raises interpretative problems about the provision of consent by representation of women with disabilities who require support for the termination of their pregnancy. The article analyses what the interpretation should be in accordance with the new paradigm of disability based on the human rights approach.
