Resum

This work delves into the study of material conditions of daily life of converso (Jewish converts) minority in Toledo through two types of sources: written sources, which are abundant and provide important information, and material sources, specifically those related to late medieval urbanism, which are particularly rich in the case of Toledo. Based on this documentation, and aiming to reflect on the materiality of converso history, the study is organized into three sections. The first one refers to the spatial location of the converso population in the urban nucleus. The second focuses on the analysis of two specific dwellings that were relevant in the anti-Jewish conflicts in the city in 1449 and 1467. Finally, the third section deals with the current debate regarding some of material remains found in dwellings inhabited by conversos.
