PhD, MSc, RN | Family and Community Nurse Specialist | Associate Professor in Community Nursing at Universidad Complutense de Madrid I am a nurse researcher and university lecturer in the field of Family and Community Nursing. My research focuses on fear of falling and fall prevention in community-dwelling older adults, as well as on the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing interventions in primary care settings. I have participated in observational studies and cluster randomized clinical trials, with a particular interest in standardized nursing care plans, health education, multicomponent exercise, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. My research interests include healthy ageing, frailty, nursing-sensitive health outcomes, and the application of nursing methodology to community-based clinical practice.
