Ignacio Danvila del Valle is Researcher and Associate Professor of Human Resources Management and Business Administration and Organizational Theory at the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). Previously, he has been Assistant Professor at the Complutense University of Madrid, Professor in the Royal University College El Escorial, Villanueva University and European Business School. He holds a Ph. D. in Business Administration, a B.A. in Economics. He was Chief of Studies of Segur Ibérica´s Training Department. He has a positive assessment of a section of research (six-year research). He has published different articles in specialized Journals of Human Resources. In addition, he has taken part in numerous international Congresses. He is a member of the Scientific Association of Economics and Business Management (ACEDE) and of the International Association of Sociology of Organizations (AISO). Member of the Research Group "Human Resources Management" of the Complutense University of Madrid. His research activity focuses on the field of Human Resources Management. He has published three books and more than thirty-five articles in specialized Human Resources magazines. He has 14 journal publications indexed in the Journal Citation Reports index and 22 in the SCOPUS index. He has published among other Journals in: Journal of Business Research, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, Management Decision, International Journal of Manpower, Non Profit Management & Leadership, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, Employee Relations, Social Indicators Research o Applied Research in Quality of Life. He has participated in three national competitive projects financed by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. In a project financed by the Community of Madrid. In two contracts of Article 83 of the LOU and in six Projects of Innovation and Improvement of Teaching Quality (PIMCD) financed by the Complutense University of Madrid. He has directed four doctoral theses and 10 Final Master's Projects (TFM). He has been Director of the Summer School course: "Strategic Management of Human Resources" (2011-2019). Organized by the General Foundation of the Complutense University of Madrid. He has been Secretary of the Department of Business Organization and Member of the General Quality Commission of the Villanueva University Center. Likewise, he has been deputy director of Research in the Business Area of the Villanueva University Center and Editor of the Business Yearbook of this institution. He is an Evaluator of more than 20 Journals indexed in the JCR and SCOPUS bases. He has obtained the Diploma of Teaching Excellence for the evaluation of the teaching given as a Professor at the Complutense University of Madrid.
