I am currently a faculty member at the Complutense University of Madrid and also work as an educator within Dallas ISD. My research is centered on prosody, discourse analysis, political communication, and the linguistic dynamics of populism. These interests converge in my ongoing PhD project, which combines acoustic and discourse-pragmatic approaches to the study of political speech. As a scholar, I aim to contribute meaningfully to both theoretical and applied dimensions of communication, with publications in high-impact journals and the development of pedagogical tools for public speaking, teacher training, and political rhetoric. In parallel, I am cultivating a career as an educational consultant, drawing on interdisciplinary experience in linguistics, teaching, and academic development. Beyond academia, I am deeply committed to literary writing. My fiction blends poetic intensity, irony, and institutional critique, with recent work including the novel Gala sin clase and a new narrative project in progress. A lifelong enthusiast of tennis and padel, I find in these sports both personal joy and a metaphor for rhythm, strategy, and perseverance—qualities I strive to bring into every professional and creative endeavor.
