Mecanismos de construcción de la realidad en la ficción literaria, las sentencias penales y las noticias policiales

Abstract

What we appear in this article is to come closer how we construct a reality determined across different types of stories: literary, journalistic and juridical - judicial. Therefore, we try to do a compared study of the speech � �relato-narración� of the literature, of the political news and of the penal judgments, in the frame of a �narrativista� theory and critique of the literature, the right and the press. Between these types of speech there are generated relations (of complementarity, contradiction and opposition) from his structural, organizational, productive specificities and traffic, in three dimensions: �actancial� (actors), �factual� (descriptions of the constitutive facts of the speech � �relato-narración�) and �contextual� (discursive particular situations).
