Resumen
Herri-administrazioaren bilakaera eztabaida akademiko zein profesionalaren gunean jartzen ari da harremanen ezartzera bideratutako komunikazio baten beharra. Konfiantza harremanaren ezaugarri bat bezala du ardatz ikerketa honek: espainiarrek Gobernuarengan eta euren Presidentearengan (1999-2012) duten konfiantza analizatzen du. Datuen arabera, hiritarrek erakunde eta liderrengan duten iritzia aldatzen ari da krisi ekonomikoa. Artikulu honek komunikazioarentzat inplikazioak iradokitzen ditu, konfiantza gobernuen balio ukiezin gisa eraikitzea xede izan dezan.
