Resum

This paper analyzes the crises raised and resolved by the character of Olivia Pope and her workers in the 29 chapters of the first two seasons of the TV series Scandal. Each chapter is inspired by real crises and is a brilliant exposition of how to communicate and report from the Transactional Analysis. In addition, the series focuses on different types of crisis: personal, institutional, corporate, political, military, health. Far from being a television fiction, can be erected as a teaching vehicle for teaching and learning to communicate from TA.
