Abstract
Teachers' trainning for a real profesional development requires a reconceptualization of current teaching policy and curriculum. Profesional development in teachers mean a continous growth and requires a more singificant and empirical learning. Teaching practice and proper guidance are also the key features in order to reach our target. In this process, the student will play an active paper as it will be when acting as a real teacher in the future.
