Zusammenfassung
In this paper, the author attemps to develop a general framework of civic education in light to a general theory of citizenship and according the recents contributions of political philosophy in the liberal-communitarian debate. The argument of the paper focus in two basic dimensions of civic education: the moral dimension, linked with the education of civic virtue, and the cognitive dimension, related with the idea of political judgment and the representative thinking
