Abstract

Law and Economics (L&E) has grown considerably over the last twenty years and has become one of the most influential approaches in the analysis of legal issues; L&E has also become a very useful tool for economists in designing reforms and economic development programs, in which the role of institutions, law and administration of justice have come to play a greater role than in the past. As a live discipline, various approaches and methods converged in it: behavioral law and economics, institutional economics, experimental law and economics ... featuring a very interesting and complex framework of this discipline.
