Laburpena

El análisis económico del Derecho se ha desarrollado enormemente en los últimos veinte años y se ha convertido en una especialidad muy influyente en el análisis de cuestiones jurídicas. Es un instrumento muy útil para los economistas en el diseño de reformas y de programas de desarrollo económico, en los que las instituciones, el derecho y la administración de justicia desempeñan un papel mucho más importante que en el pasado. Al ser una disciplina viva, confluyen en ella diversas concepciones y métodos, como el análisis económico del derecho conductista, la economía institucional, estudios empíricos de análisis económico del derecho, etc., que ofrecen un marco tan interesante como complejo de esta disciplina.
