Abstract
In the article, an engraving technique consisting of blade marking o okume Wood is explained. The design process is described from the sketches on transfer paper to the final marking on the wood surface. Thorough instructions are provided regarding proper technique with this kind of cutting devices as well as other tools that might be needed. The article also shows a method of printing by assembling several flat pieces of wood as if it were a puzzle. This method is particularly suited to designs with organic shapes, but also to very clean and sharp geometric shapes.
