Résumé
New technologies allow for the development of attractive learning interfaces. Video games are gradually gaining recognition among teachers due to their interactive nature. In particular, video games are useful tools to consolidate concepts. This is especially true of games that simulate real-life situations, largely because students empathise with the game’s characters and find it easy to get involved. This paper presents an experiment carried out with forty-three undergraduate Geology students from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. Emphasis is placed on the development and evaluation processes, showcasing the results of a two-way evaluation that highlights Student satisfaction.
