Abstract

The aim of this paper is to establish multivariates typologies around the construct of Effective Personality in the context of spain adults. We applied the Personality Effective Questionnaire in contexts differentiated, PECED, (Martín del Buey y Dapello, 2006), adaptet for Spanish adults, applied to a sample of 120 persons. The result is four clusters: a cluster with high scores on the four factors of the questionnaire (Type I), another cluster with low scores on the four factors (Type IV), a cluster with high scores in two of the four factors (Type II) Academic self-realization and Resolutive self-efficacy and a cluster, Type III, with middian scores on the factor Social self-realization. It describes the differential characteristics of these four types, as well as educational implications arising from the personal and social competence profiles that define each type.
