Resumen

El presente artículo pretende contribuir a mejorar la comprensión de las denominadas capacidades dinámicas empresariales analizando este fenómeno desde la óptica del aprendizaje organizativo. La literatura atribuye un papel clave al aprendizaje a la hora de dinamizar las capacidades organizativas. Sin embargo, los distintos enfoques de aprendizaje con implicaciones sobre capacidades dinámicas, como exploración-explotación, capacidad de absorción, búsqueda abierta o capacidades de combinación, se han desarrollado de manera independiente. Con el ánimo de paliar este aislamiento teórico, el artículo resalta las complementariedades entre estos enfoques y ofrece una propuesta integradora que puede servir de quía para futuras investigaciones
