Resum
The goal of the research was to analyze the efficiency of the ACT dynamic in the development of talent in freshmen students of nursing school at Madrid’s Complutense University. The methodology used was a case study of qualitative analysis. Results show that there are three types of talent: learning ability (14.94% of students), to share knowledge (46.74%) and to change situations (34.86%). Data conclude that this methodology fosters the application of talent in collaborative learning and the creation of quality content.
