Abstract

The purpose of this research project is to identify and analyze the professional skills necessary for the development of effective educational processes in Primary Education teachers, based on the study of groups of "good teaching practices". It is less the work that places the focus of interest on teachers, compared to other variables related to educational quality. This paper presents the results of a study that shows the opinions and needs of teachers on the desirable competencies in Primary Education teachers. The center of interest is thus placed in the essential skills to successfully carry out its work, so that it improves the quality of education, both in terms of excellence and inclusion. The analysis of the results of the study will allow toidentify the degree to which the teaching competences related to professional success are manifested.
