Résumé

Every human being processes information. By means of this process he or she acquires, codifies and retrieves information. And he or she uses it as an intelligent act in bis or her activity. lndependently of the degree reached in this processing, which depends on bis or her higher or lower degree of mental evolution, the evident fact is that there is a processing and this is the object of intervention insofar as learning strategies and tactics are used in it. It is clear the fact that a person with mental deficiency processes information using the same processes as another with no mental deficiency. In this article the concrete strategies used in these processes are revised. And the possibility of developing a programme of educational intervention inside the class to carry out adequate strategies and tactics for any case is also pinted out
