Resum
Considering the company as a system which affected by its environs, it must, in the present day context of globalisation, be open to the changes of the World Economy and the greater movements of international cash flows. These present day traits mean the company must be prepared to diversify using technology as an active strategy and internationalise its activity by gradually adapting itself to the idiosyncrasies of each country; and lastly it is necessary to adopt a business culture which will give coherence to all the factors and participants of the company, orientating each member to execute their objectives in a participative and decentralised way.
