Abstract

Different commercial samples of Spanish flavoured fortified wines have been analyzed by conventional methods and by gaschromatography. The different types studied were: white vermouths, quinine aperitif wines, vermouths dores, vermouths roses and aperitif wines. The study of their characteristics, some of them included in the legislation, will help us to know their quality.
