Abstract
This article shows how the positive mood is a key element in managing emotions in facilitating the educational task. To this end the concept of positive mood, variables, functions and dimensions is examined. Likewise will reveal some clues in order to raise a Pedagogy of humor emphasizing both humorous profile educator, his importance in the team of educators as well as in its dimension of teaching resource and facilitator for effective learning from a pedagogical frank friendship.
